Cove Care is a fantastic place to start or continue your career in the care industry. We have a range of opportunities within our Residential Care Homes and our Office Teams. Below, you will find a list of our current career opportunities in our Residential Care Homes.

Please note that the current shift patterns offered are 7:45am-11pm, 10pm-8am, 7:45am-3:45pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm, we cannot guarantee to accommodate certain start times, days or weeks of the year, and it is our expectation that bank holidays will be covered equally by the team. Rotas will be implemented by your Registered Manager and they will ensure you are given one weekend off every 4 weeks. We can also offer bank shifts. Shift availabilities are as below:

• Full time 
• Part time
• Night wake

Our shifts are 8 hours and a waking night is 10 hours. 

We currently have 7 homes (4 in Telford, 2 in Wolverhampton and 1 in Kidderminster). The decision on which house you will be based at will be made based on skill matching and transport requirements.
