Julian Parker Independent Regulation 44 Inspector

Although the Regulation 44 inspection provision is an independent process, we see this role as integral to our Leadership and Management strategy. Julian Parker is our independently outsourced inspector, whose monthly unannounced visits at all Ofsted-registered placements provide recommendations of progress or areas for development which are actioned by the houses and the company. Julian is a HCPC registered independent social worker, whose area of specialism is providing advice to Children’s Care Providers relating to all aspects of operating residential children’s provision, enabling improved compliance with Quality Standards, National Minimum Standards, Regulations and Ofsted Inspection criteria.
